Ms. Roman is a founding partner of Eternal Attorneys. She is an ambitious, action-oriented legal practitioner and a result-driven achiever. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Zanzibar. She has over ten (10) years of experience practicing tax law, commercial and corporate law, employment law, banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, conveyancing law, and intellectual property. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from the University of Glamorgan (UK), a Masters in International Business from the University of Glamorgan (UK), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) from the Law School of Tanzania, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) from the Institute of Tax Administration. She is a registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
She has extensive experience in providing tax advisory and consultation services. She assists clients with tax audits, tax investigations, and objection proceedings with the TRA. She also represents Taxpayers in negotiations with TRA and specializes in tax litigation. She also brings on board a wealth of experience in transactional advisories in areas of commercial matters and legal compliance. She is well conversant with corporate commercial transactions as well as conveyancing transactions. She has commendable experience, in labor law-related matters, Banking, Finance, and Securities and Intellectual Property.
