Ephraim is a co-founder of Eternal Attorneys. He is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society. He is qualified as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and the High Court of Zanzibar. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) from the Institute of Tax Administration, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) from the Law School of Tanzania.

He is one of the leading mining lawyers in Tanzania, having gained experience as an in-house counsel at the largest mining company in Tanzania. His in-depth knowledge of mining law has enabled him to advise clients on all aspects of mining regulatory work and transactional issues, including compliance, prospecting, mining rights applications, appeals, judicial reviews, and surface use issues. He also has experience in general corporate and commercial law work, including conducting due diligence investigations and drafting contracts, including contract mining agreements, surface lease agreements, memorandums of incorporations, shareholders’ agreements, sale of share agreements, subscriptions and agreements.
